Dokom CS 3.5 Installation Instructions

VERY IMPORTANT:

DO NOT plug the ANGEL key in to your computer before the software is completely installed and the PC restarted.

 

First Installation of Dokom CS

The software Dokom CS is protected by the hardware key. The hardware key type used is ANGEL key. You have received either an LPT Key or USB key (both are shown in the picture). ANGEL key requires its own driver which is installed on your computer during the installation of the software. DO NOT plug the ANGEL key in to your computer before the software is completely installed and the PC restarted.

 

To install the Dokom CS, please do the following:

1. Run the setup file cs35xx.exe (xx is the version of the software).

2. Follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Plug the ANGEL Key in to your computer.

4. For USB Key users: Windows will detect the new device and display several requests for device driver installation. CHOOSE DEFAULT OPTIONS. If you receive an unsigned driver warning, select Continue and proceed with the installation.

 

Repeated Installation or Upgrade Installation

Simply run the setup file once again and follow the instructions on the screen.

 

Removing the software from your computer (complete de-installation of Dokom CS)

Use Windows Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.

1. From the Control panel of the Windows uninstall all parts of Dokom CS package.

2. Delete folder ..\DokomCS 32 (default path C:\Program Files\DokomCS 32).

3. Delete folder ..\Mrapi 32 (default path C:\Program Files\Mrapi 32 or C:\Program Files\DokomCS 32\Mrapi 32) if exists.

4. Run "regedit" utility to remove the following items from Windows registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TXS\DokomCS (if exists)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TXS\DokomCSConfiguration (if exists)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TXS\DokomCSReading (if exists)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TXS\Mrapi (if exists)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TXS\Mrapi Manager (if exists)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TXS\Mrapi (if exists)

 

Dokom Mobile 3.5 Installation Instructions

 

First Installation of Dokom Mobile

To install the Dokom Mobile, please do the following:

1. Run the setup file mo35xx.exe (xx is the version of the software).

2. Follow the instructions on the screen.

 

Repeated Installation or Upgrade Installation

Simply run the setup file once again and follow the instructions on the screen.

 

Removing the software from your computer (complete de-installation of Dokom Mobile)

Use Windows Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.

1. From the Control panel of the Windows deinstall Dokom Mobile.

2. Delete folder ..\Dokom Mobile (default path C:\Program Files\Dokom Mobile).

4. Run "regedit" utility to remove the following items from Windows registry:
